Kyle founded Benkie Law because of his true passion for justice and the improvement of the current legal landscape in California. Kyle provides a trustworthy and personal touch to an industry that has lost the element of truly personalized legal representation. Effective legal representation requires an individualized approach to each particular case in the sense that no two cases are the same. Kyle strives to show empathy and understanding to each client’s individual needs and goals. He strongly believes that every client should have a close relationship with his or her attorney.                        

The structure of Benkie Law is designed to focus on a small number of cases with a focus on individualized results and representation versus the large law firm approach of a high volume of cases that often dilutes the quality of the legal representation received. My focus is to serve others in the community and use my legal expertise to serve those who might not otherwise be able to obtain the legal services they so desperately need. My passion is reforming the legal industry that has lost the trust of those who need it most.

Mr. Benkie is also Of Counsel for Parker Stanbury, LLP and provides legal consultations in various areas of law.
